What a business sees
- A business you connect with sees your name and contact details, plus the messages, bookings and service requests you send it.
- If a pro invited you, that pro can see your home's details (like size, year built and floor plan) and the heating and cooling equipment you add, so they can service it.
- Other businesses don't see your Home Book unless you approve their request for access.
Records you keep
- Equipment, service history and invoices a pro brings in stay in your account, even if you disconnect from that pro later.
- Before a pro's records come into an account you made yourself, you confirm your email. That way nobody can pull your records by typing your address.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. A homeowner account costs nothing and there’s no card on file. You only pay a business for the work or appointments you book with it.
Do I need a contractor to invite me?
No. Anyone can create a free account. If a pro already invited you, use the link in their email instead, so the equipment and history they have on file come straight in.
Who can see my information?
A business you connect with sees your name and contact details and whatever you send it: messages, bookings and service requests. If a pro invited you, that pro also sees your home’s details and the heating and cooling equipment you add. Other businesses don’t see your Home Book unless you approve their request for access. You can disconnect from a business any time and keep the records it brought in.
Can I use it for my salon or spa appointments too?
Yes. The same account books and messages salons, spas, massage and other appointment businesses on TotalPro360, at home.totalpro360.com or right here.
Do I get paid for referring a pro?
No. Refer a Pro passes your friend’s details to your pro so they can help. There’s no payment or credit to you for it today.
