Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply to MyHomeService360, including the website, the contractor web app and the MyHomeService360 Pro mobile app (together, the "service"), provided by The Compendium Company, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you're agreeing for that company too.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private, and tell your company administrator or us right away if you think someone else has used your account. Company administrators decide who in their company has access and what they can see. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
Your company owns the records it puts into the service, such as customers, jobs, invoices and photos. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use the information you enter, including your customers' information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. To accept them, your company connects its own Stripe account and agrees to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payments go directly to your company's Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees and any platform fee shown when you set up payments apply. Tap to Pay on iPhone may also require accepting Apple's terms. We aren't a bank or a money transmitter. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled between your company, your customer and Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, try to get into accounts or systems you aren't allowed to use, or interfere with the service.
Fees
Features that are free today may change, and paid features are billed as described when you sign up for them. We'll give notice before changing what we charge you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and improving, and we may change or retire features. The mobile app loads the live service, so most tasks need an internet connection, and card payments always do.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Ask us before closing a company account if you'd like a copy of your records.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Tax, accounting and payroll features are tools, not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let account holders know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
