🏊 Pool service software · $0 a month

Free pool service software for weekly routes, readings and repairs.

Your weekly service stops repeat on their own, each pool's equipment lives on its own record, and the tech logs the readings you choose on every visit. The pump that died this morning goes on the same board.

Why pool service pros use MyHomeService360

$0 software, unlimited users

Add every pool tech, office person and helper. There’s no per-seat price and no contract.

Books built in

Invoices, payments, bills and job costs post to full double-entry books, so you can drop QuickBooks.

Customers who stay

Homeowners get a free home record with your company as their pro, and the network pays you for cross-trade referrals.

What slows a pool service company down

  • Weekly stops live on a paper route sheet that only one person understands
  • Chemical readings get written on the back of a door hanger and lost
  • Nobody can tell which pump, filter or heater is at which pool
  • Green-pool recoveries and repairs get invoiced late because they are off the route

Built for how pool techs work

Recurring weekly service that schedules itself

How it works

  1. Pick pool service at signup

Your trade sets up the workspace and loads a starter price book. Add more trades any time.

  2. Bring your customers

Import your customer list, add your team and connect payments.

  3. Book and dispatch

Schedule weekly pool service calls and recurring visits, and your pool techs see them in the app.

  4. Get paid, books done

Invoice from the job and payments post to your books on their own.

A home record for every customer

Each customer can claim a free home record with service history, equipment like their pumps and filters, a floor plan and a manual finder, with you listed as their pool service pro.

Leads and paid referrals

The network routes leads by ZIP code, and when your team refers another trade on the network and that job sells and gets paid, your company earns a share of the network fee.

Campaigns and reviews

Send email and text campaigns and review requests once your sending is connected.

AI call checking and a website built for you
