Free HVAC software for service calls, change-outs and maintenance agreements.
Run no-cool calls, tune-ups and system replacements from one board. Every unit's model, serial and install date stays on the customer's record, and maintenance agreements tell you who's due before the season hits.
Why hVAC pros use MyHomeService360
$0 software, unlimited users
Add every HVAC tech, office person and helper. There’s no per-seat price and no contract.
Books built in
Invoices, payments, bills and job costs post to full double-entry books, so you can drop QuickBooks.
Customers who stay
Homeowners get a free home record with your company as their pro, and the network pays you for cross-trade referrals.
What slows a HVAC company down
- The first heat wave buries the phones and the board turns into sticky notes
- Model and serial numbers live in a tech's camera roll instead of on the customer
- Maintenance agreement visits slip because nobody can see who is due
- Replacement quotes go out as one number, so the customer shops it

HVAC software questions
Can I store model and serial numbers for each system?
Yes. Every piece of equipment gets its own record with brand, model, serial number, install date, last service and warranty end date, tied to the customer and the address. The manual finder looks up the manufacturer's manual for you.
Does it come with an HVAC price book?
Yes. You can load a 2026 HVAC flat-rate book of 93 tasks, priced for your state, plus a starter parts list. Prices are modeled estimates you should adjust to your market, and you can edit every line.
Can I sell maintenance agreements?
Yes. Build plans with the number of visits per year, a checklist for each visit and your price. Visits and renewals are tracked. Automatic recurring card billing for plans is coming soon; today you invoice plan payments.
Can techs see equipment history on site?
Yes. The tech app shows the customer, the address, the equipment on file and past jobs, and it keeps working with a weak signal and syncs when it reconnects.
