The AC tech and the plumber
On a tune-up, the homeowner mentions a leaking water heater. The AC tech refers a plumber in the network from the app. The plumber accepts, does the job and gets paid. On a $1,000 job, the plumbing company pays a $100 network fee and the AC company earns $30.

The stylist and the massage therapist
A salon client mentions a sore back, and the stylist refers a massage therapist she trusts. When the client’s visit is paid, the stylist earns her share. Salons, spas and studios run on our sister platform, TotalPro360, in the same network. Massage and spa referrals go through a compliance review first.
How it works
Refer, they get paid, you get paid
1. Refer
Pick the trade, choose a pro from the directory or post it to the network, and add what the customer needs. The receiving pro gets the customer’s contact details only after accepting.
2. The job is paid
The referral counts when the referred job is paid within 90 days of the introduction. The receiving business pays the network fee then, not before.
3. Your share is paid out
Your 30% is held 30 days after the payment settles, then it’s available. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe once you’ve reached $25.

Who pays, who earns, and when
These are the network’s live rules. The program terms are a draft pending legal review and may change before they’re final.

| What about the customer’s privacy? | The receiving pro gets the customer’s phone and address only after accepting the referral. |

Why it matters
Your customers already ask you who to call.
Right now that answer is a favor. In the network it’s a referral with a record behind it: who sent it, who did the work and what it was worth. Your customer gets a pro you trust, and you get paid for knowing the right people.

Network questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free. A network fee applies only when you receive a referral and that job is paid.
How much can I earn per referral?
30% of the network fee, up to $500 per job. On a $3,000 paid job, that’s $45.
Do I have to be a business to refer?
No. Businesses and individuals can both refer, as long as they enroll and provide a W-9.
When does the money arrive?
Earnings are held 30 days after the customer’s payment settles, then they’re available to pay out once you reach $25.
Can I refer from the field?
Yes. Techs can refer from the field app while they’re at the customer’s home.
