Yes. You can load a 2026 plumbing flat-rate book of 100 tasks, priced for your state, covering drains, faucets, toilets, water heaters, water lines, sewers and gas work. The prices are modeled estimates; edit any line.
Can I attach camera inspection photos to a job?
Yes. Techs can add photos to the job and the visit report, and the office sees them right away.
Can customers approve a repipe quote online?
Yes. Send the estimate by link. The customer can approve and sign, and you can request a deposit before you order material.
Does it handle emergency and after-hours calls?
Yes. Mark the job as an emergency, drop it on the board and assign it. Your price book can carry separate after-hours diagnostic pricing.
