How we make money
We earn when you get paid, not when you log in. Here’s every fee, and when it applies:

Recording cash, check and outside payments is free. Phone lines and some texts run through your own Twilio account, which Twilio bills directly, and the app shows the phone system’s monthly price before you turn it on.
What isn’t free
Plainly: the payment fees above, optional bill pay, the referral fee on referred work you win, and any optional add-on you choose. That’s the list. If you record cash and checks and never take a card through the app, you don’t pay us anything, and the software stays free.
Your data is yours
Export your customer list to a spreadsheet (CSV) any time, and download your accounting reports as CSV. Need something else out? Ask us and we’ll help you export it. There’s no exit fee and no lock-in.
Why we can promise forever
Our revenue grows with the payments you process, not with the trucks or techs you add. A business that grows earns us more through payments it already takes, so there’s no bigger plan to push you into and nothing to upsell. Free is the business model, not a promotion.
