Is there a roofing price book?
Yes. Starter items include roof inspection, minor leak repair, shingle replacement per square, full replacement quote, ridge vent, flashing, gutters per linear foot and emergency tarping. You set the prices.
Can I collect a deposit before ordering materials?
Yes. Add a deposit to the estimate and the homeowner pays it online when they approve.
Do you measure roofs from satellite images?
No. Aerial roof measurement isn’t built in. Enter your squares and pitch as custom fields on the job.
