Starter roofing items

Roof Inspection
Full inspection of covering, flashing, penetrations, valleys and visible decking, with photographs and a written condition report. No charge with a repair quote; storm-damage documentation for insurance is included.
Leak Repair — Minor
Locate and repair a single leak at flashing, a penetration or a small area of covering, with water testing where practical. Priced for accessible single-storey pitched roofs; hidden decking damage is quoted once opened up.
Shingle Replacement — per square
Tear off and replace one square (100 sq ft) of asphalt shingles including underlayment and fasteners. Decking replacement, multiple layers and steep or high-access pitches are additional.
Full Roof Replacement — Quote
Quoted after inspection and measurement. Includes tear-off, disposal, underlayment, covering, flashing, ventilation, permit and clean-up with magnetic sweep. Decking replacement is quoted per sheet once exposed.
Ridge Vent Install
Cut and fit continuous ridge venting with cap shingles, priced per linear foot. Correct intake ventilation at the eaves is required for it to work — we will tell you if yours is inadequate.
Flashing Repair / Replace
Replace failed step, counter or chimney flashing and seal, the most common true source of a leak that looks like a covering failure. Priced per location.
Gutter Replacement — per linear ft
Remove and dispose of the old gutter and fit new seamless aluminum with hangers and outlets, priced per linear foot. Downspouts, underground drainage and fascia repair quoted separately.
Emergency Tarping
Temporary weatherproof tarp over storm damage to stop further water ingress, secured to survive weather until permanent repair. Documented with photographs for your insurance claim.
