Your books, built in

Double-entry general ledger

Every invoice, payment and fee posts to a real ledger, not a spreadsheet.

The reports your accountant asks for

Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, A/R and A/P aging, and a 1099 summary.

Bank accounts and registers

Track each bank account and its register in the same system as your invoices.

Bills and vendor payments

Enter bills and, if you like, pay vendors online from your accounting ($39 a month per office, only in months you pay bills through it, plus Stripe's cost at cost).

Journal entries

For opening balances, adjustments and anything your accountant needs to post.

No sync to break

We don't sync with QuickBooks on purpose: one ledger means nothing gets out of step.

How to move over

Export from QuickBooks

Export your customer list and your chart of accounts to CSV or Excel from QuickBooks.

Import in minutes

Upload both files. The importer recognizes QuickBooks column names and maps them for you, and it skips duplicate customers by email or phone.

Enter opening balances

Post your opening balances as a journal entry on your cutover date (your accountant can give you the trial balance to use).

Run both for a month

Keep QuickBooks read-only while you get comfortable. There's nothing to cancel on our side.

“I’ve got a person for you.” Get paid for it.

Your techs see what else a house needs. On the MyHomeService360 network, when your AC tech refers a plumber on the network and the plumbing job sells and gets paid, your company earns a share of the network fee. The business that receives the referral pays nothing for the lead itself, only a network fee after the job is booked and paid. How the referral network works.
