What a payment costs
Fees come out of the payment before it reaches your bank. Stripe’s part goes to Stripe; the 1% is how we keep the software free.

Stripe’s card rate shown is its standard US online card rate. ACH payments take about 4 business days to clear and are turned on per company in Payments. The examples are arithmetic, not quotes.

Pricing questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The software is $0 a month for every company, with every feature and unlimited users. There’s no trial that turns into a bill.
So how do you make money?
Mostly from card payments: when your customer pays by card through MyHomeService360, we add a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe’s processing fee. We also earn from the referral network when a referred job is paid. Read the full story on why it’s free.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create your company with no card and no contract.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need: office staff, dispatchers, techs and your bookkeeper. There are no per-user fees.
Who pays the Stripe fee?
Your business does, the same as with any card processor. Stripe’s fee and our 1% come out of the payment before it reaches your bank.
Do I have to take card payments through you?
No. You can use the software without processing cards here. Record cash, check and outside payments for free.
Can I pass the card fee on to customers?
There’s a surcharge setting. Only use it where your state allows it and within card network rules.
Can customers pay by bank transfer (ACH)?
Yes. Turn on ACH in Payments and customers can pay from their bank with no card fee. It costs Stripe’s 0.8% (max $5) plus our 1% (max $5), so never more than $10 a payment. ACH takes about 4 business days to clear.
What about online bill pay to vendors?
It’s live, optional and part of your accounting: $39 a month per office, only in months you pay bills through it, unlimited users, plus Stripe’s cost at cost (bank debit 0.8% capped at $5, 0.25% + 25¢ per vendor payout, $2 per active vendor per month). Recording bills and payments you make elsewhere is free.
Is anything else billed separately?
Some texts send through your own Twilio account, which Twilio bills directly. The phone system shows its monthly price in the app before you turn it on.
Can I cancel?
There’s nothing to cancel. There’s no contract, and you can export your customer list any time.
