Estimating and proposals

• A new estimate builder: good, better and best options side by side, with add-ons the customer can tick.
• AI drafts the estimate from the tech’s notes and photos, using only your price book. It never makes up a price; anything it can’t match comes back for the office to price.
• Replacement suggestions based on the age of the equipment on file.
• E-signature and a deposit by card or bank (ACH) on the proposal.
• Customers can send a question or ask for a change right on the proposal. You see when they opened it and how often, and they can download a PDF.
• A Sales & Proposals hub with a pipeline board, a follow-up queue and win-rate reports.
• Every proposal creates a deal in the built-in CRM, and the deal moves through the stages on its own: sent, viewed, won, scheduled, invoiced or lost.
• After the customer accepts, the proposal asks “When would you like this scheduled?” Approved work that isn’t on the calendar yet keeps reminding the office until it is.
• Progress invoicing: bill a big job in parts, with the balance tracked so nothing gets billed twice.
• A service plan add-on on good, better, best proposals.

Automatic messages, off until you turn them on

• Appointment reminders, review requests, overdue-invoice reminders with a pay link, proposal follow-ups, deposit reminders and tune-up or maintenance-due reminders.
• Each one starts off. Your company turns on the ones it wants, and you can send yourself a test first.
• One-click unsubscribe on every email, quiet hours for texts (never 9 PM to 8 AM) and frequency caps. Texts go out only on your own registered texting number.
