What does your software really cost in a year?
Most owners know their main plan price. Fewer know the total: the field app, the extra users, the accounting, the website, the add-ons and the card fees, times twelve. Type in your own numbers. It runs in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere.

How we count it
- Software: $0 a month on MyHomeService360, with unlimited users, the books and a website included.
- Cards: 3.9% + 30¢. Shops that take a lot of card payments can come out behind on cards alone, and the calculator shows that.
- Bank payments (ACH): up to 1.8%, never more than $10. Moving big invoices to ACH is the fastest way to cut card costs.
- Optional: the $79 a month* phone system, and payroll at $39 a month plus $6 per employee from December 2026.
“I’ve got a person for you.” Get paid for it.
Your techs see what else a house needs. On the MyHomeService360 network, when your AC tech refers a plumber on the network and the plumbing job sells and gets paid, your company earns a share of the network fee. The business that receives the referral pays nothing for the lead itself, only a network fee after the job is booked and paid. How the referral network works.
Questions people ask
Why does the calculator include card fees?
Because it’s a real cost. The software is $0 a month, but card and bank payments carry a processing fee. Leaving it out would make the comparison look better than it is.
Where do the QuickBooks and website prices come from?
They are the published monthly list prices for QuickBooks Online Essentials ($85) and Squarespace Basic ($25). Change them to whatever you pay.
What if I take mostly cash or checks?
Then you’d pay us almost nothing. Cash and checks you record are free, and the software is $0 a month.
