Standard Clean
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces throughout, per visit on a standard home. Priced on bedroom and bathroom count at the first visit. Recurring visits price lower than one-offs.
Deep Clean
Everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, interior windows, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, grout and detail work. Recommended as the first visit before recurring service starts.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
Full clean of an empty property including inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, closets and interior windows, to hand-over standard. Priced on square footage and condition.
Post-Construction Clean
Quoted after a look — construction dust needs multiple passes and is nothing like a normal clean. Includes fine dust removal from all surfaces, vents and fixtures.
Interior Window Cleaning
Interior glass, sills and tracks, priced per pane. Exterior windows are quoted separately as access changes the job.
Oven Deep Clean
Full interior oven clean including racks and door glass. Best booked with a deep clean; heavy carbon build-up may need a second visit.
Refrigerator Interior Clean
Empty, clean and sanitize the interior including shelves and drawers. Please clear out food beforehand where possible.
Recurring Service Agreement
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurring service, quoted on home size and frequency. Holds your slot and the same team where possible, and prices below one-off visits.
Tasks with parts attached
Flat-rate tasks can carry the parts they use, so the price and the parts list stay in step.
Same price from every tech

Truck and shop stock
