Starter pest control items

Initial Inspection
Full interior and exterior inspection to identify the pest, entry points and conducive conditions, with a written finding and a treatment plan. No charge, and it is what makes the treatment targeted rather than generic.
General Pest Treatment
Interior and exterior treatment for common household pests with an exterior barrier application, priced per visit. Most infestations need a follow-up two to three weeks later, included in the quarterly plan.
Quarterly Service Plan
Four treatments a year with free re-treatment between visits if pests return. The plan is cheaper than repeated one-off visits and is how ongoing control actually works.
Termite Inspection
Inspection for subterranean and drywood termite activity and conducive conditions, with a written report. Commonly required for a property sale.
Termite Treatment — Quote
Quoted after inspection — treatment depends on species, construction type and the extent of activity. Includes a written warranty; ask what it covers and for how long.
Rodent Exclusion
Seal entry points, set traps and remove rodents, with a follow-up visit. Exclusion is the part that lasts — trapping without sealing just makes room for the next ones.
Mosquito Treatment
Barrier treatment of harbourage areas and standing-water sources, priced per visit. Effective for roughly three weeks; seasonal programs are quoted lower per visit.
Bed Bug Treatment — Quote
Quoted after inspection and priced per room, usually requiring multiple treatments. Preparation instructions are given in advance and materially affect whether it works.
Tasks with parts attached
Flat-rate tasks can carry the parts they use, so the price and the parts list stay in step.
