Diagnostic / Service Call
Visit to diagnose the appliance fault with a written cause and a quoted repair. Credited against the repair if you proceed. We will tell you honestly when a repair is not worth it against replacement.
Refrigerator Repair
Quoted after diagnosis. Common faults are compressor, sealed system, defrost and control board — the range in part cost is too wide for a flat price. Sealed-system work is only worth it on newer units.
Washer Repair
Quoted after diagnosis. Typical faults are pump, bearings, belt and control board. Bearing replacement on some front-loaders costs more than the machine is worth, and we will say so.
Dryer Repair
Quoted after diagnosis. Usually heating element, thermal fuse, belt or blocked venting. A blocked vent is both the most common cause and a genuine fire risk, so we check it every time.
Dishwasher Repair
Quoted after diagnosis. Usually pump, spray arm, inlet valve or control board. Leaks are checked at the door seal and the supply connection before anything is dismantled.
Oven / Range Repair
Quoted after diagnosis. Typically igniter, element, thermostat or control board. Gas work is only carried out with the correct shut-off and leak testing.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Clear the full vent run from the appliance to the exterior termination and verify airflow. Recommended annually — restricted venting causes most dryer failures and is a leading cause of house fires.
Appliance Installation
Uncrate, position, connect and test a new appliance, priced per unit. Water, gas and dedicated electrical connections are quoted separately if new lines are needed.
