- Check caulk around tubs, sinks and windows
- Tighten loose railings and door hardware
- Touch up exterior paint and wood
- Clean dryer vent and check the outside flap
- Test smoke and CO detectors
Fall and winter
- Seal drafts around doors and windows
- Check weatherstripping and door sweeps
- Clean gutters or schedule a gutter crew
- Shut off and drain exterior hose bibs where it freezes
Any visit
- Walk the customer’s list and add it as a checklist
- Photograph before and after
- Note anything that needs a licensed trade
