Mowing — Standard Lot
Mow, string-trim edges, edge hard surfaces and blow clean, per visit on a standard residential lot. Larger lots are priced on measurement. Weekly scheduling holds your slot in the route.
Mowing — Large Lot
As standard mowing, for lots above a quarter acre. Priced on measurement at the first visit rather than estimated over the phone.
Fertilization Treatment
Granular or liquid feed matched to season and grass type, applied at label rate. Best as a program across the year rather than one application — ask about the seasonal plan.
Weed Control Treatment
Targeted broadleaf or pre-emergent application at label rate, with problem areas noted for follow-up. Results take two to three weeks; some weeds need repeat treatment.
Aeration & Overseeding
Core aerate and overseed with seed matched to your lawn, priced for a standard lot. Best in the growing season for your grass type; watering afterwards is what determines the result.
Mulch Install — per yard
Supply, deliver and spread one cubic yard of mulch, including light bed edging and clean-up. Bed preparation, weed fabric and heavy weeding are quoted separately.
Shrub & Hedge Trimming
Shaping and trimming of shrubs and hedges with debris removed, priced per hour. Large or overgrown work is quoted after a look rather than estimated by the hour.
Spring / Fall Clean-Up
Full seasonal clean: leaf and debris removal, bed clean-out, cut-back and haul-away, priced for a standard lot. The single most useful visit of the year on a neglected property.
Seasonal Maintenance Agreement
A scheduled program across the season — mowing, feeding, weed control and clean-ups — quoted on lot size and frequency. Holds your slot in the route and prices lower than one-off visits.
Tasks with parts attached
Flat-rate tasks can carry the parts they use, so the price and the parts list stay in step.
Same price from every tech
Techs pick from the book on estimates and invoices instead of guessing.
Truck and shop stock
Track parts on each truck and in the shop, and order with purchase orders.
