  1. Step 1: Pick the sheet

    Open Field → Inventory → Print labels and pick your Avery sheet: 5160 (30 per sheet, 1" × 2⅝"), 5163 (10 per sheet, 2" × 4"), 5167 (80 per sheet, ½" × 1¾") or 22806 (12 per sheet, 2" square).

  2. Step 2: Pick what to print

Tick the parts and how many labels of each. Each label has the barcode, the name, the SKU and the bin. On the right, tick the truck stickers and shelf labels; those print the location name big. You can also tick rows on the Parts tab and click Labels for selected.

  3. Step 3: Download and print

Click Word (.docx) or PDF. Print at 100% / Actual size, not “Fit to page”. Using a partly used sheet? Set Skip used spots to the number of labels already gone.

  4. Step 4: Test on plain paper first

Tick Outline labels, print one sheet on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet. If your printer feeds a little off, set a nudge under More → Settings.

Questions about this

Can I edit the labels in Word?

Yes. The Word file is one table laid out exactly like the Avery sheet, so you can change text before you print.
