Step 1: Open Invoice Settings
Go to Settings → 🧾 Invoice Settings. Owners and admins can change it. The preview on the right is your latest invoice, and it updates as you click.
Step 2: Choose what shows
Tick or untick Street address, City, state and ZIP, Phone, Email, Logo, Website and License #. Working from home? Turn off the street address and your city and state still show. It applies to the printed invoice, the PDF, the invoice email, the receipt email and the pay page.
Step 3: Make your logo bigger
Square logos look small in a wide spot. Pick Large (1.5×) or Extra large (2×). It applies to invoices, proposals, the pay page, your dashboard and the top of your side menu (a small round version when the menu is collapsed), and it never grows wider than its space. The same setting is under Settings → Company Profile next to your logo.
Step 4: Terms, how to pay and the footer
Add How to pay (for example, who to make checks out to), your Terms, and a Footer note that replaces “Thank you for your business.” They print on every invoice.
Step 5: Set up discounts
Rename, add or turn off discount types, and give any of them a default %. Turn on Techs can give discounts if your techs should be able to add one on the job before it’s invoiced, with an optional most-they-can-give %. See discounts given shows the last 90 days by type and by person.
Step 6: Press Save
Nothing changes until you press Save. Every invoice, email and pay page uses the new settings from then on.
Step 7: Choose where payments are deposited
Under 4. Where payments are deposited, pick the Default deposit account for invoice payments: Undeposited Funds, your operating bank account, Cash on Hand, or another bank or cash account in your books. Anyone recording a payment can still pick a different one each time. Card and bank payments through Stripe go to Undeposited Funds unless you change the second setting. Press Save deposit accounts.
