Step 1: Offer it from the customer
Open the customer and find the 📋 Punch list card. Name the project, like “Hall bathroom remodel”, then tap Email it or Get a link to text. Your customer gets a page that shows your company, the project and the price.
Step 2: They start it, you’re added free
When your customer starts their punch list ($9.99 a month on Punchlist360, cancel any time), their account is set up for the project and you’re invited automatically. You get an email with a one-time link to set your password. It’s free for you.
Step 3: What you can do on it
See every open item by room, with photos. Move an item to In progress, then Ready for review when it’s done, add photos of the finished work, and message the homeowner on any item. The homeowner approves or sends back each item, with a reason. You never see their budget, receipts or insurance.
Step 4: Homeowners can start one too
In the homeowner app, 📋 Punch list lets a homeowner pick one of their pros and start a punch list for a project. It works the same way, and you’re invited free.

No. This is the free invited seat on your customer’s punch list. Punchlist360 for Contractors is a separate product.
Can I resend the link?
Yes. Offering the same project again hands back the same link, so the customer never gets two accounts.
