1. 1Step 1: What you start with

   When you sign up you pick your trade and how many people work in the business, counting you. That decides your starting dashboard and side menu. A one-truck pest, pool or HVAC business sees its schedule, customers, estimates, payments and reviews.

   A one-person business starts without the team tools: the dispatch board, the live staff map, staff location tracking, the team live card and staff utilization.

2. 2Step 2: Turn a tool on

   Open Settings → Features. Each tool has an on/off switch. Turn one on and it shows up in your menu and on your dashboard the next time a page opens. Tap Back to the usual for my trade under a switch to undo a change.

   Only the owner or an admin can change these. Everyone else can look.

3. 3Step 3: Find a hidden tool

   To keep the menu short, some tools your trade rarely uses are hidden from it. They still work. Everything else at the bottom of Settings → Features lists them with a link to each one. To see every tool in the menu, turn on Show the full menu.

4. 4Step 4: Change your team size

   At the top of Settings → Features, pick how many people work in the business now. When a one-person business adds its second person, the dashboard asks once whether to turn on the team tools. Nothing turns on by itself.

   Not seeing what you need? Type it under Need something else? and tap Send to our team. It goes straight to our setup team and we’ll get back to you.
