Step 1: See where everyone is
Open Field → Team Onboarding. The top shows how many people are active. Each row shows the role, the stage (Invited, Code checked, Password set, Active) and how long they’ve been there. Anyone stuck for 3 days is marked Stuck 72h+.
Step 2: Nudge someone
Tap Nudge to set password to send a fresh setup link, Text app link to send the field app, or Custom text to write your own (up to 300 characters). You can nudge each person 3 times a day. Text buttons only show for people who agreed to texts.
Step 3: Automatic reminders
We remind people at 24 and 48 hours at each stage, and tell you at 72 hours if they still haven’t finished. Nothing goes out between 9pm and 8am your time. Anyone who replies STOP gets no more texts and shows Opted out.
Step 4: Who can use this page
The owner sees everyone and can change roles. An Office Admin can nudge field techs. Field techs don’t see this page.
