Step 1: How ratings come in
About an hour after a job is completed, the customer gets one text: “How did we do? Reply 1-5 stars and any comment.” No link and no sign-in. customers with no mobile number get an email with one-tap stars instead. Each customer is asked at most once every 30 days, and never after replying STOP.
Step 2: See it on your Dashboard
The ⭐ Star rating card on the Dashboard shows your average, how many ratings you have, each tech’s average and the last five comments. Click it to open Reviews.
Step 3: Low ratings come to you first
A rating of 3 stars or less puts a notice in your bell and shows as Needs attention in Reviews. 1 and 2 stars also email your office. These customers are never asked for a public review. Reach out, then click Mark resolved.
Step 4: Turn great ratings into Google reviews
Add your Google review link under Settings → Automatic Messages (Setup tab). customers who give 4 or 5 stars get a thank-you with that link, and Reviews counts how many opened it.
Step 5: Reply or add a note
In Reviews, open a rating to reply to the customer or add an office note. Comments can be hidden if they include something private, but stars are never changed.
