  1. Step 1: Equipment & filters

In the homeowner app, My Home → Equipment & filters lists every unit you recorded, labeled with your company name: photos, make and model, serial, age, room, filter size, last service and the manual.

  2. Step 2: Plan and visit reports

They see their plan, its visits (done and coming up) and each visit’s report in plain words. Needs-attention items are at the top, each with a Get a quote button that sends you a service request.

  3. Step 3: Home Book and floor plan

Each unit is also in their Home Book and, when they have a floor plan, it’s a marker in its room. For example, seven air handlers in an attic mechanical room show as seven markers there.

  4. Step 4: Filter delivery (coming soon)

Get filters delivered is a Compendium service: the homeowner signs up in the app, and we ship their filter sizes 1 or 2 weeks before each maintenance visit, or on a schedule, charged to their card with us. They manage or cancel it with us in the app. You see that it’s active and earn a share of each shipment. It shows Coming soon until it launches.
