Step 1: Set the benefits for each level
In Price Book Setup → ⑥ Maintenance plans, scroll to Member benefits and click Edit on a plan level. Turn on what members get: a % off flat-rate repairs (or a different % per flat-rate group), the service call waived or discounted, the after-hours upcharge waived or discounted, Skip the line priority scheduling, no trip charge, filters, a longer labor warranty on repairs, and any other perks you write in. Click Save.
Step 2: Member prices in your flat-rate book
Open ③ Flat-Rate Book. Next to each task’s price is its Member price for the level you pick (Essential, Plus or Premium). Type a different member price on any task to override it. Equipment and replacements aren’t discounted.
Step 3: Estimates and invoices apply it for you
When the customer has an active maintenance agreement, the estimate builder adds a Member savings line on its own, and invoices you create in the office get one too (for example Member savings: 15% off repairs and Member savings: after-hours upcharge waived). Untick Apply member pricing in the builder to switch it off for one estimate. Because the savings are their own lines, your books and job costing record the real amount charged.
Step 4: Proposals sell the plan
A maintenance plan proposal lists the member perks and typical savings from your own price book, for example a capacitor replacement at the regular and member price. A repair proposal for a customer who isn’t a member shows What you’d save as a member, including what they’d save on that proposal.
Step 5: Your team sees it
The customer page and the tech’s ticket show the membership and its perks, so everyone knows who gets priority and member pricing.

Questions about this
Do agreements I already sold change?
Member savings use the benefits on the plan level the agreement was sold from. The agreement’s own record keeps what it was sold with.
Can a customer get member pricing without a plan?
Not automatically. Member pricing applies only while the customer has an active maintenance agreement.
