Step 1: Explore as a demo
Right after you sign up you can use everything: customers, jobs, estimates, your price book, the schedule and reports. Nothing goes out to a customer yet.
Step 2: Connect Stripe
Go to Payments → Connect Stripe and connect your bank. Stripe checks your details, usually in a few minutes and sometimes up to a day. This is the only step you need before going live.
Step 3: Watch for the “ready” email
The moment Stripe verifies you, we email you once from welcome@myhomeservice360.com with a Go live button. Add welcome@ and benjamin@ to your contacts so it doesn’t land in spam.
Step 4: Press Go live
Open Setup checklist → 🚀 Go live (or the Go live link in the banner at the top) and press the big Go live button. Card payments, sending estimates and invoices, and publishing your website turn on right away. Only the owner can press it.
Step 5: The rest is optional
The screen also shows your business details, your price book, sample records and texting. They help you look your best, but they never hold you up. Records with test, demo or sample in the name are archived automatically when you go live (never deleted), so nothing goes out from them.
