Step 1: Photos
Under Site photos & measurements, tap a slot: breaker panel, breaker labels, disconnect, attic hatch, crawlspace, closet or mechanical room, line set, or other.
Step 2: Measurements
Tap Measurements to record each access opening (width × height and the distance to the unit), each unit’s footprint and clearances, and the panel (brand, main amps, spaces free). These are saved for the location, and the office sees them under 🏠 Site details when it quotes a replacement.
Step 3: Filters
Add every filter: size, MERV, type, quantity, where it is and how often it’s changed. If you replace one on the checklist, the next change date is set for you. The homeowner sees My filters with the next change date. Reminders use your existing tune-up reminder automation, which stays off until you turn it on.
